For example: If you usually wear US 4, we suggest choosing size M (8) instead of S (4).

Tops with built-in bra pads fit more snug around the bust. For example, a 34 in bust falls within the S size range, but if you prefer more comfort or don’t want a tight fit, we recommend sizing up to M.
In general, if your measurement is near the upper end of a size range, choosing one size up will give you a more comfortable and flattering fit.
