Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please feel free to contact us for confirmation.

We offer free shipping on orders over USD 99. For orders below USD 99, a shipping fee of USD 6.99–12.99 will apply, depending on the delivery country.Please note: If you are shopping in another currency, the threshold is still USD 99 (please convert it into your local currency for reference).

Our processing time is 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

You can track your order on our tracking page by entering your order number and email or tracking number. Once your order is shipped, we will also send you the tracking details via email. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact us.

Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. For example, customers in Indonesia and France are usually required to pay import duties upon delivery, which may range from 2% to 20% of the order value. The exact amount is determined by your local customs authority.

Yes, we operate from multiple warehouses. Your order will be shipped from the location closest to your delivery address to ensure faster and more efficient shipping.

Orders & Returns

Yes, If you would like to change the size or color, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. After this time, we will begin processing your order to ensure the fastest delivery, so changes are no longer possible. We kindly ask you to double-check your order details before checkout.

Yes. Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. After this time, your order will be processed for shipment to ensure the fastest delivery, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service for the return address. Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your return. Please note: We are not offering exchanges at the moment. If you would like a different item, you will need to place a new order.
