If you received our Bundle & Save bundling discount on your order, our return system will reflect the price paid rather than the value of the item. To keep your discount in place, move through our traditional exchange process rather than using your Instant Refund to repurchase.

When it comes to care, we recommend hand washing all of your PomPêche products and laying them flat to dry to ensure they last as long as possible. This is a task that may not be the fastest, but the extra PPC will help prolong the lifespan of your favorite bras, underwear, and more. To keep your items in tip-top shape we recommend the following tips to ensure your intimates remain tangle, tear, and snag-free.

Pre-Treat:

1. Dab any stains with mild soap and water and gently rub.

Wash:

1. Soak for a few minutes, then gently work the suds into the fabric and rinse.
2. If you do decide to put your items in the washing machine, it’s best to use the delicate or hand-wash cycle in cold water with similar colors, be sure to hook bras together to avoid snagging it on other clothing or use a mesh lingerie bag.

Fold and Press:

1. To get rid of excess water, fold and gently press the items in a towel before laying it flat to dry.

Lay Flat to Dry:

1. Lay items out on a towel to dry. Bras should never be put in the dryer - the heat breaks down the spandex and elastic and will greatly decrease a bra's lifespan.
