Shipping Time

The following information provides the estimated delivery time for your order.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak seasons, customs inspection, weather conditions, or local courier workload.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives in the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are unable to control or predict these charges.
  • Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the parcel being destroyed or returned, in which case shipping fees and related costs may not be refundable.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and recipient information are complete and accurate at checkout.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipment fees may apply.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please:

  1. Check with household members, neighbours, or building management;
  2. Contact the delivery carrier directly with your tracking number;
  3. Reach out to our Customer Care team if you still cannot locate your package.

Important Notice

Order Processing Time

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (pre-order items excluded).

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

The estimated shipping time is 7–14 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the performance of third-party carriers.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

If you wish to request a cancellation before your order is dispatched, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. We will confirm whether your cancellation request can be processed.

Situations Beyond Seller Control

(Refunds or reshipments may not be available in the following cases)

1. Unpaid Customs Duties / Tariffs

Parcels that are destroyed or returned because duties or taxes were not paid on time.

2. Customs Delays

Delays caused by local customs inspection or clearance.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Delivery issues due to wrong, incomplete, or changed address information after the order is placed.

4. Post-Delivery Losses

Loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Parcel Refusal

When the recipient refuses to accept delivery without a defect or error on our part.
