Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. After this time, your order will be processed for shipment to ensure the fastest delivery, and cancellations will no longer be possible. If your order is cancelled within the allowed time, you will receive a full refund.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 14 days after delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. To be eligible, please first send us clear photos showing that the product, tags, and packaging are intact and undamaged.
Process: Contact our customer service at service@pompeche.com before returning your package to confirm the correct return address.
Return shipping: If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is due to our fault (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the shipping cost.
Tracking: Once the package is shipped back, please send the return tracking number to service@pompeche.com. (We are not responsible for lost return packages if no tracking is provided.)
Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges: We are not offering exchanges at the moment. You'll need to return the item you would like to exchange and then place a new order for the items you want.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (depending on your bank or credit card provider).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank — processing times can vary.
